We help parents and their families live their best possible life, empowering them to achieve optimal health and wellbeing by focusing on small positive changes with a natural approach to healthy living that balances mind, body and soul. Some of my clients describe it as having that holiday feeling every day. We like to call it Soulful Vitality.
I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach and mum of two, based in Cheshunt in Hertfordshire in the UK. I’m passionate about helping everyone from families wanting to be healthier and happier, to individuals with specific chronic health issues and long term pain, improve their day to day life and accomplish their long term health goals.
Two years ago I was working full time in corporate IT. I realised I was unhappy, unhealthy and stressed out. I needed to make positive changes in my life and decided to embark on a personal journey to better health.
It changed my life forever and ignited a passion that inspired me to change career and train as a health coach, so I could help other people make positive changes in their lives and live a life full of energy and zest!
Health coaching is a fairly new concept in the UK and most people don’t really know exactly what’s involved or how a health coach can help you. We surveyed the British public and over half the people surveyed said they weren't sure exactly what a health coach does, so if you’re not sure don’t worry you’re in the majority.
We help you make behavioural changes and lifestyle improvements using a personalised plan, based on an individual consultation of your needs and health goals.
Sarah is a busy mum of two who had just left her job because of work related stress and was struggling, she was always stressed out, full of anxiety, just barely coping with her busy life as a mum of two.
Sarah was constantly trying to diet, going from one fad diet to the next but never achieving any real long term results. She also has mild asthma, so along with a health scare and the pandemic, that triggered severe health anxiety.
We sat down and worked out a plan for Sarah, starting slowly and week by week looked at each area of her lifestyle so we could move forward in a positive way. Fast forward eight weeks and Sarah is feeling calm, happy, motivated, losing weight steadily and feeling healthy and energised with the confidence to move forward and start to follow her dreams of starting her own business. The kids are much happier too!
