About your holistic health coach...
I'm Eleni—founder of Meraki Health, qualified Health Coach with a Diploma from CNM London, and a Full Member of the UK Integrated Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA). I also collaborate with the NHS Red Cell Network, contributing to wider health initiatives for those with chronic conditions.
My approach is shaped by my own lived experience as both a busy working parent and someone who has navigated the challenges of chronic illness and pain. This dual perspective, combined with my ongoing commitment to health education and research, means you’ll receive effective, personalised strategies that work in real life—helping you create the balanced wellbeing you deserve.

Sarah’s Story
Sarah is a busy mum of two who had just left her job because of work related stress and was struggling, she was always stressed out, full of anxiety, just barely coping with her busy life as a mum of two.
Sarah was constantly trying to diet, going from one fad diet to the next but never achieving any real long term results. She also has mild asthma, so along with a health scare and the pandemic, that triggered severe health anxiety.
We sat down and worked out a plan for Sarah, starting slowly and week by week looked at each area of her lifestyle so we could move forward in a positive way. Fast forward eight weeks and Sarah is feeling calm, happy, motivated, losing weight steadily and feeling healthy and energised with the confidence to move forward and start to follow her dreams of starting her own business. The kids are much happier too!
