I took part in the above challenge which initially I was a bit hesitant to do so as I have such a sweet tooth but in the same token I knew it would benefit me and I do like to challenge myself on occasions.
It wasn't easy to start with and I feel like I was easily irritable but this did start to pass after the first few days and I started to feel a bit happy that I was managing to get through day by day and I actually ended up pushing myself to go 10 days!
I did not realise until this challenge just how much food contains sugar and it has made me more self aware about the foods I consume and my sugar intake.
I recommend for anyone to give it a try!
