Weekly meet up's online for 6 Weeks:
Sessions will be run using ZOOM. These will take place on Mondays starting on the 13th of September 2021.
There will be two time slots available for you to join one before lunch time or one in the evening. (Times to be confirmed)
Each 1-hour live sessions will include 30 minutes of nutrition and lifestyle talks with Eleni and then 30 minutes of guidance and hypnosis with Lisa.
Together we will show you how to eat more mindfully and how to make better options that will give you the healthy high that you need to bounce through your day.

You will also be added to our wonderful online group of all the members who sign up to the programme. This is a group of like-minded parents we can all motivate each other and hold each other accountable as well as ask questions and share your experiences after the live sessions.
Each week will have a different focus and a new actionable step for you to take. (That’s right you will be given simple tasks to work on every week, making changes that become healthy habits starts with you!)

Eleni and Lisa met while at a business boot-camp in 2020. They work with their clients in different ways yet are both dedicated to helping parents and children.
Having become friends during the business boot-camp, Eleni and Lisa continued to see each other virtually and started to help each other with their own parenting struggles.
Lisa would help Eleni using her hypnotherapy and mindful strategies that would enable Eleni to make positive changes in her own eating battles and Eleni would help Lisa gain new knowledge on nutrition and provide ideas on food changes that could be used with her family.
After some time of discovering the benefits, each other provided, a light bulb moment occurred when they realised this combination of knowledge and skill set would be the key to for many women in similar situations.

Eleni works from home and has two children in school settings, the run around between schools and out of school activities is time consuming and exhausting.
